At the hospital when W was born, we received a coupon from a photo studio offering free pictures at 3, 6, 9 and 12 months. Of course we knew we'd get sucked into buying more photos, and of course we were, happily. Here are a few behind-the-scenes shots of W's first professional photo session. Our usually smiley baby was feeling pretty serious, but dad was doing his darndest to get a smile.

Just imagine... it was kind of like this. "You're an animal! You're a tiger! Yes! Yes! NO NO NO!"
